Optional Travel Insurance: is NOT included in the above price.  It is strongly recommended you purchase insurance at the time of our first deposit.

The information below describes how to purchase optional travel insurance for your student's high school trip through Travel Insured.   The purchase of insurance must be done directly with the company World Class Vacations has mentioned.  This is separate from your payments to the school for the trip.

There are two attachments to review:

• Attachment "BORDENTOWN HS" contains a website link specific to your school to purchase the optional travel insurance. Please click on this link to visit Travel Insured if interested to purchase the insurance.  DO NOT call to try and book since you may not get the student policy/pricing and your policy will not be linked to the group.   BORDENTOWN HS.pdf

• Attachment “SD15CFAR World Class Vacations” is a flyer which outlines the pricing and terms and conditions. There is a telephone number for Travel Insured on this flyer if you have any further questions, please contact them directly.  The “Cancel For Any Reason” option is reflected as an option on the flyer, however the quote/premium on Travel Insured’s website DOES include the “Cancel For Any Reason” option. Please make sure the policy you are trying to purchase is made through the link on the attached flyer to get the student pricing.   SD15CFAR World Class Vacations.pdf

  • NO travel insurance can be purchased once final payment has been made to the school. If a family pays for their trip in full as example at first deposit, they will not be able to purchase the travel insurance.

Sincerely,

Mrs. Raynor and Mrs. Redler
